John has owned and operated successful automotive repair shops and training centers in New York, Nevada, and Michigan.
He is a certified technician and master instructor with "train the trainer" credentials who teaches other instructors and technicians. He has been studying, learning, and working on motor vehicles for more than 30 years. When he became an instructor, he decided the only way to teach about cars was to continue to work on them.
John learned early in his career that an automotive technician has to follow certain rules, have specific tools, and have every bit of vehicle information available.
In order to diagnose and teach automotive technology, John has one rule of thumb:
He combines his education and automotive experience with state-of-the-art technology and diagnostic equipment to provide you with unmatched service.
